The STAR UNION 230X thumb throttle is designed for smooth, stable, and comfortable acceleration control on electric bikes and electric scooters. Featuring a compact and modern appearance, the 230X integrates cleanly with various e-bike cockpit styles while providing reliable daily riding performance.

Using advanced Hall sensor technology, the throttle delivers responsive and precise acceleration with a stable 0.8–4.2V output signal and ergonomic 0–50° operating angle. The lightweight PC/ABS housing offers excellent durability and impact resistance while maintaining a comfortable operating feel.

The 230X features an aluminum alloy handlebar locking clamp for secure installation and anti-loose performance. Its ergonomic thumb operation design ensures light and comfortable control during commuting, urban riding, or cargo bike use.

The throttle adopts an internal wiring structure for a cleaner and more integrated handlebar appearance. Equipped with high-temperature resistant Teflon wire, the product is suitable for various riding environments and weather conditions.

With IPX7 waterproof protection, the 230X can withstand rain, splashes, and demanding outdoor conditions. The product also complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
